Hourly + Tips
Join our new opening team. We guarantee at least $30 per hour with wages + tips
We have a wide-open kitchen and serve customers directly. We don’t have FOH support (which means more tips for the kitchen!). We rotate stations, so all employees are expected to answer phones and work the counter. For these reasons, all kitchen staff must maintain a professional appearance and attitude. The holidays are coming and we’re looking for people who are motivated and can hustle!
We are a tip pool house, with tips shared evenly based on hours worked. After the restaurant is open and training is completed (typically about 10 days) we guarantee at least $30 per hour including wages and tips. If wage + tips falls below that, we cover the difference.
Job Responsibilities:
- Accurately prepare and cook all menu items
- Perform daily prep duties.
- Handle customer service interactions and manage POS operations.
- Keep the kitchen area clean and well-organized.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure quality and service standards are met.
Job Requirements:
- Experience in pizza preparation is helpful but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Must possess a friendly attitude, effective communication skills, and an open mind to learn our program.
- Basic knife skills and kitchen etiquette necessary.
- Availability required during evenings and weekends.
- Ability to communicate in English.
